In many ways, our approach to hotel development and management is guided by a single pledge: we will only accept assignments for which we can deliver what we promise. By pursuing only, the most strategic opportunities, we can ensure we deliver a high level of service to our clients and we select only the hotels that synergize well with our existing set.

A major driver of our success has to do with the fact that we have been involved in the pre-development processes of every hotel we now operate with only one exception. Our pre-development involvement spans a wide range of services, including site selection, branding, internal financial pro forma, FF&E design and purchasing. Because we have literally been involved from the ground up with each of these hotels, we have an in-depth understanding of the project’s entire life cycle, from consulting to construction to ongoing operations and everything in between.
